Shanghai Chenli Electronics Co., Ltd. is a sister company of Shaanxi Zhongli General Electrical Co., Ltd., and is affiliated with Shaanxi Electronic Information Group (SEC). It specializes in the sales, technical support, and service of a wide range of products, including military and civilian dual-use optical MOS relays, thyristor relays, other types of solid-state relays, electromagnetic valves for both military and civilian applications, relays for new energy vehicles, and high-voltage DC contactors.
As a technology-driven enterprise, Chenli Electronics serves as the distributor of the Zhongli General Baocheng brand (BC) in East and North China and is responsible for International market. 小批量 Pilot Run

公司为专业从事军民用电磁阀、军民两用光MOS继电器、固体继电器、汽车用继电器和新能源汽车用继电器的研发、生产、服务为一体的科技型股份制企业。重视全面质量管理工作,通过了IATF16949:2016体系认证。公司获得发明专利3项、实用新型专利7项、省级科技进步奖8项(科技进步奖一等奖2项,科技进步奖二等奖3项,三等奖3项),分别荣获2011年国家创新基金和2012年国家火炬计划项目、是第五批陕西省创新型试点企业;获2013年全国创新创业大赛优秀企业奖、获2015年陕西省民营科技企业称号、获2015年省级中小企业成长梯队企业称号、获2018年省级科技型中小企业称号,公司研发中心获得宝鸡市市级技术中心称号。
The company is a technology-based joint-stock enterprise specializing in the research and development, production, and service of military and civilian electromagnetic valves, military and civilian dual-use optical MOS relays, solid-state relays, automotive relays, and new energy vehicle relays. We attach great importance to comprehensive quality management and have passed the IATF16949:2016 system certification. The company has obtained 3 invention patents, 7 utility model patents, and 8 provincial-level scientific and technological progress awards (2 first prizes for scientific and technological progress awards, 3 second prizes for scientific and technological progress awards, and 3 third prizes), and has been awarded the National Innovation Fund in 2011 and the National Torch Plan in 2012. It is also one of the fifth batch of innovative pilot enterprises in Shaanxi Province; Won the Excellent Enterprise Award in the 2013 National Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition, the title of Private Science and Technology Enterprise in Shaanxi Province in 2015, the title of Provincial Small and Medium sized Enterprise Growth Team Enterprise in 2015, and the title of Provincial Science and Technology oriented Small and Medium sized Enterprise in 2018.
