上海辰力电子有限公司是陕西众力通用电器股份有限公司的兄弟企业，其隶属于陕西电子信息集团(SEC)，专业从事军民两用光继电器，军民两用可控硅继电器、其他类型固态继电器，军民用电磁阀、新能源汽车用继电器、高压直流接触器的生产、销售、技术支持与服务为一体的科技型企业。
陕西电子信息集团旗下有多家集团公司，覆盖了传统产业和新兴产业。2019年12月3日，陕西省企业家协会发布了2019陕西企业100强，陕西电子信息集团有限公司排名第26位，2018年营业收入152亿元。旗下最著名的一家老牌企业，国营792厂，前身为陕西群力无线电设备厂，始建于1958年，历史悠久，文化底蕴深厚，亦是我司的兄弟单位。公司集科研、生产于一体，从产品设计、模具设计制造、零部件生产、成品组装、产品检测及销售服务等完整体系，是我国首家专业的科研、生产、检测电子设备用密封高性能继电器、通用继电器。为国家重点前沿武器和重点工程提供高可靠性继电器的继电器制造商、科研生产企业。

Shanghai Chenli Electronics Co., Ltd. is a sister enterprise of Shaanxi Zhongli General Electric Co., Ltd. It is affiliated with Shaanxi Electronic Information Group (SEC) and specializes in the production, sales, technical support, and service of military and civilian dual-use optical relays, military and civilian dual-use thyristor relays, other types of solid-state relays, military and civilian electromagnetic valves, relays for new energy vehicles, and high-voltage DC contactors. It is a technology-based enterprise.
Shaanxi Electronic Information Group has multiple subsidiary companies covering both traditional and emerging industries. On December 3, 2019, the Shaanxi Entrepreneurs Association released the top 100 Shaanxi enterprises in 2019, with Shaanxi Electronic Information Group Co., Ltd. ranking 26th with a revenue of 15.2 billion yuan in 2018. The most famous old established enterprise under its umbrella, State owned 792 Factory, formerly known as Shaanxi Qunli Radio Equipment Factory, was founded in 1958 with a long history and profound cultural heritage. It is also our sister unit. The company integrates scientific research and production, with a complete system including product design, mold design and manufacturing, component production, finished product assembly, product testing, and sales services. It is the first professional scientific research, production, and testing of sealed high-performance relays and universal relays for electronic equipment in China.
